Dr. Hwang has been with SVP since February 2008. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkley and graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She performed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, then worked there as an Attending Physician for 8 years. Dr. Hwang was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at USC, and has numerous honors and an award for Excellence in Medical Knowledge and Patient Care. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Dr. Hwang is married and is the mother of twins.
