Ms. Bu is the lead attorney in firm immigration department. She has more than ten years of legal experience focusing on corporation, business transactions and immigration in both U.S. and China. She has been dedicated to the practice of U.S. immigration law since 2004 and has handled a wide variety of immigration matters for high-tech companies, startups, universities, non-profit organizations and represented professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, and entertainers in the pursuit of immigration benefits. Through many years working for two full service immigration law firms in Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Bu gained extensive experience in a range of immigration matters, including employment-based immigration, non-immigrant worker visas as well as family-based immigration and removal defense. For the past five years, Ms. Bu practices has focused on EB-5 investment immigration and worked for four USCIS designated regional centers as immigration legal counsel/EB-5 filing attorney, advising foreign investors on U.S. immigration law and supervising EB-5 case filing. Ms. Bu is licensed in the State of California and New York. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Bu graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law with a Master of Law Degree and obtained a J.M degree from University of Zhejiang College of Law in China. Ms. Bu is proficient in Chinese.
